Because of the role Marilyn has played, health and safety representatives have been elected across the organisation. Marilyn effectively uses the systems in place to resolve any issues that arise. The organisation has evidence of the measurement of a range of site hazards, accidents and incidents which demonstrates that Marilyn’s contribution has had a real impact on the reduction of OHS problems and the costs to the organisation. Her contribution has impacted on the culture of both her immediate worksite and across the organisation.
