National Standard for Construction Work
The National Standard for Construction Work [NOHSC:1016 (2005)] was declared by NOHSC in April 2005. The Standard aims to protect persons from the hazards associated with construction work and is expected to be adopted in State and Territory OHS laws, with a two year implementation period for civil and commercial and a three year implementation period for the residential construction sectors.
